How do you ensure the wine is safe during shipping?

We use specialized, climate-controlled packaging and reinforced inserts to prevent breakage and maintain the temperature integrity of your wine during transit.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund upon verification.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to complex international liquor laws. Please check our shipping page for specific state restrictions.

How can I track my wine delivery?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Because alcohol requires a signature, we recommend tracking your package to ensure someone is home.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for specialized packing and cannot be changed.
