Contact Support

Email our sommelier support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damaged or incorrect bottles.

Receive Authorization

Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

Pack Securely

Place the bottles back in their original protective wine shippers to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided shipping label.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned inventory, a full refund or replacement will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
