This deep-yellow-colored sparkling wine has a steady stream of small bubbles and a bouquet of Granny Smith apple and brioche. It offers good effervescence in the mouth, with flavors of green apple, lemon-lime, baking bread, slivered almond and jasmine. A note of toasted almond shows on the otherwise bright finish.
