2021 | Mersel 'Elevate' Pinot Noir | Bekaa Valley

Hand harvested and destemmed Pinot Noir. Half whole berry fermented, half crushed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in Lebanese Amphora for one year. Aged another year in bottle before release. Uninoculated, natural Malolactic Fermentation, unfined, and unfiltered.
