This is herbal in character, with aromas of yuzu and lemon. Precise and long on the palate, it gradually builds texture and density towards the finish where notes of stone fruit emerge. A sapid texture persists throughout, giving the wine both persistence and depth. Linear in profile, yet with impressive texture and length. This comes from a viura parcel planted in 1960. Macerated for 24 hours, pressed with a vertical press and fermented and aged in 400 L French oak. Drink or hold.
