The nose on this white blend is complex and herbaceous, but the palate takes it even a step further, with just-ripe citrus, white peach, wildflowers and long straw finish with just a hint of vegetal character. Barrel aging contributes a round, juicy texture that presents an interesting complement with the otherwise bright freshness.
