Fairly pale in colour, transparent. Red berries and herbal bay leaf notes intertwined. Fresh and bright, with notes of leaf tea, cranberry and raspberry. Crisp and precise. Not terribly concentrated but refreshing and satin-textured. Great early-drinking option.
