Mauritson Loam Wines 'Loam' Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County, USA 2021

The nose of this wine wafts with aromas of cassis, cocoa powder and fresh-ground coffee. There’s a good deal of rich tan nin on the plum- and cocoa-flavored palate, but a lovely streak of acid balances the finish nicely. Get a coffee-crusted ribeye and go to town!
